CX_PHRASE and
CX_SIGNIFICATION objects are connected via "clearingObjects". A CX_PHRASE
object for one language can reference several
CX_SIGNIFICATION objects (example below - German
word "Kiel": "Kiel" is on the one hand the name of a northern German city; on
the other hand it also describes the keel on a ship - the line from nose to tail.)
From perspective of a CX_PHRASE object, the CX_SIGNIFICATION object connection is modeled via a wrapper object (CX_OVERWRITING_REF). In this wrapper, it is possible to overwrite the gender of the noun: in german language the noun "Kiel", in connection with the signification object "bottom line of a ship" is of masculine gender.
