If there is an active editing window in the Object Box (ListView) (see OboxEdit), it is moved down.
OboxUp can also be applied directly to the OboxEdit window.

The order of the entries remains unchanged!

If no active editing window exists, the line selected in the object box is moved down one position.

The order of the entries is changed!
This operation initially has no effect on the collection displayed. But with the instruction AdjustCollection the congruence between surface object and collection can be established. This operation is only useful if the collection to be adjusted is of type LIST.

OboxDown and OboxUp belong to the Obox... command family.
